Lisa Businovski
is a Melbourne-based printmaker and photographer whose work lives at the crossroads of music, theatre and visual art.
Over the past two decades, she has become a familiar and trusted presence in rehearsal rooms, in photo pits, on stages, in studios and behind the scenes, capturing both the raw immediacy of live performance and the quieter, more intimate moments of artistic process.
Her practice spans original art making, promotional campaigns and long-term collaborations with musicians, theatre companies and cultural organisations. Whether photographing rehearsals, documenting development workshops or creating fine art prints, Lisa’s work reflects a deep sensitivity to atmosphere, storytelling and the creative labour that unfolds out of sight.

Lisa’s professional life has been shaped not only by her own creative output but by her commitment to sharing skills and nurturing the next wave of artists.
